Video: Santi Cazorla shows off his amazing control in class keepy-uppy contest with Nacho Monreal

Wow

Wow.

Roy Keane would probably say that praising a professional footballer for his first touch is like praising a postman for delivering the post; it’s their job.

Still, one can’t help but be impressed by the amazing level of control illustrated by the very likeable Arsenal and Spain midfielder Santi Cazorla during a keepy-uppy contest with teammate Nacho Monreal.

We think that the game they’re playing might be called ‘stitches,’ the purpose being to make controlling the ball as difficult as possible for your peer(s), but we’re open to correction on that.

Anyway, Monreal uploaded the footage to Twitter last night and we’re not surprised he can never beat him; it’s hard to know which foot is Cazorla’s strongest and his control is ridiculous.

Just one more reason to love the guy.
