Whenever JOE sees the wonderfully enthusiastic panel on Soccer Saturday we’re instantly reminded of those giddy schoolkids that used to sit at the back of the class and get up to mischief.
The panel clearly mean well and rarely overstep the line when they’re around their teacher, Jeff Stelling, but they just can’t help themselves from cracking jokes and laughing at each other.
The Sky Sports show is an institution for football fans because they’ve somehow managed to make live commentary on football matches seem infinitely more entertaining that the majority of the games themselves.
The February bloopers feature some classic moments including a very funny insight into Jeff’s love life and Paul Merson’s ongoing struggles with the English language.
