And listen out for the disgruntled, hungry spectator at the very end.
After falling arse over tit in love with their jersey earlier on today, we now have yet another reason to adore all things South Africa Gaels. The team, made up of ex-pats and locals from South Africa and Zimbabwe, have been on a visit to Ireland where they have been very busy indeed.
From visiting GAA HQ to taking selfies with Joe Brolly and Martin McGuinness it has been great to see such love for our games from a country so far from Ireland.

And they haven’t just been seeing the sights either. They have also been playing a bit of ball too. The folks at GrassrootsGAA informed us of a game they played against Ballyboden St Endas Junior B team where the home side only won thanks to a late goal, 3-8 to 2-9.
The article on the game also includes a great video of some of the South Africa Gaels enjoying the sort of post-match warm down you don’t usually see in GAA circles.
The dancing is great and please make sure you stay to the end of the video to hear possibly the most Irish GAA comment of all time. Always thinking with their stomachs some fellas.
