If you’ve been watching the NBA playoffs then you will know they have just completed the most fascinating Round 1 in the sport’s history. Only one series was a 4-0 blowout (heat over Bobcats) and five series went to a deciding Game 7.

The finish of the Nets/Raptors Game 7, which was won by Brooklyn, was the most exciting but the best game was the LA Clippers 126-121 win over the Golden State Warriors to clinch that series.

Two of the most exciting teams in the game played out a great series, and considering the toxic cloud that the Donald Sterling affair placed over the Clips, that they managed to stay focused and progress is even more impressive.

On Saturday night they had Blake Griffin to thank, as he notched up 24 points, six assists, three blocks and three steals. Griffin, once known for his massive dunks and little else, has transformed into a much more complete player under new coach Doc Rivers and this play showcases his complete skill set, and remarkable strength and flexibility. The fact it is in super-slo-mo via Phantom Cam helps too.

His ability to hop back up after hitting the floor is almost as impressive as the basket.
