From Channel 4 News last night… any guesses yet?
From the time his column first started appearing in the Guardian, speculation has been rife about who the ‘Secret Footballer’ really is.
His columns, which offer a very interesting insight into the very highest levels of the game across the water, were always worth a read and now he has a new book out, called Tales from the Secret Footballer.
To promote that, the player appeared on Channel 4 News last night for his first television interview.
To be honest, it doesn’t help us identify him, and Jon Snow sadly doesn’t wheedle any more info out of him either.
