Ciarán Duffy has been long heralded as the next superstar of Irish football and when you see this video of him playing against kids his own age, you will understand why.
We play a bit of six-a-side here in JOE on a Thursday night and our technique consists of trying to bully our way through the defence by running with high knees and daring anybody to tackle us.
So far the technique couldn’t be classified as a success as we’ve won only won two out of seven. We’re thinking about recruiting Ciarán Duffy to help turn the tide or at the very least, stop the humiliation of a ten-goal defeat.
OK, so you might say that this video isn’t that impressive, but do you remember ever having these types of skill in your arsenal as a young lad?
