On the day that they drop him, this Nike ad featuring Lance Armstrong is beyond parody.

Back in 2001, Nike released this ad featuring then Tour de France title holder Lance Armstrong. On the day that the company drop him, a move they did with what they call ‘great sadness’, we thought it was worth another look.

We don’t know what the emotion the Nike execs will feel about this ad but we imagine they are cringing at its very existence.
