With all the excitement of the UFC being in town last weekend, it is easy to forget that the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship (CWFC) will be returning to Dublin next month.
CWFC is the place where the likes of Conor McGregor and Cathal Pendred, to name just two, started out their MMA careers and the franchise has a reputation for being a nursery for future UFC fighters.

If you are looking for a way to get excited about CWFC taking place in the Helix on August, 16 (not that you need one), just take a look at this promotional video that Cage Warriors TV released today.
You will see some flashbacks to a much younger looking McGregor as well as Pendred and Neil Seery. We defy you to watch this clip and not get chills down your back when you see how far all three of the Irish lads have come.
