VIDEO: These Limerick fans had a mighty sing-song on the train home after their under-21 All-Ireland victory

The craic was 91

We’re taking the train to big GAA matches anymore.

Limerick were comprehensive winners of the All-Ireland under-21 Hurling Final on Saturday night and anyone watching on TV could see just how much their supporters enjoyed it.

As you’d expect, the celebrations were only starting in Thurles and a gang of Limerick fans kept them going on the train back from Tipp to Limerick, with one supporter in particular leading the celebrations.

The song being sung, of course, is ‘The Jumbo Breakfast Roll,’ an anthem made famous by a son of Tipp, Pat Shortt, a few years back and the man taking Pat’s role here was surely a hoarse man on Sunday morning given the amount of effort he put into this.

If this was the train back, we can only imagine what the craic was like when they got home.

Cheers to Jack O’Sullivan for sending this our way.  If you have something you would like to share with us, send it to [email protected] or hit us up on Facebook or Twitter
