It was a big night for the people of Boston last night, so one possibly inebriated fan cursing live on TV was hardly unexpected.
The city was rejoicing last night after the Red Sox claimed their
third World Series in 10 years by beating the St Louis Cardinals 6-1 to take the title 4-2.
For one particular fan it was too difficult to reign in the colourful language given the sense of jubilation, not that the interviewer was too pleased. You just knew what was coming from the moment he opened his mouth.
What also makes the clip rather amusing is that the person who speaks after the potty-mouthed Red Sox fan seems a little unsure of when he was born, after some hesitating goes with “probably 1988”.
Must have been some celebrations if he can’t even remember the year he was born.
