VIDEO: Tommy Walsh jokingly denies robbing Lar Corbett’s pub

We’re not sure we believe him to be honest…

After the the 2012 All-Ireland Hurling Semi-Final, there was a lot of talk that Lar Corbett followed Tommy Walsh home to Tullaroan after the match.

In a bizarre game, Lar Corbett followed Tommy Walsh around the pitch for almost 70 minutes even though Lar was the forward and he wasn’t even marking the Kilkenny wing-back.

It seems that this incident has come back to haunt Tommy as whispers suggest that he had something to do with the recent of robbery of Lar Corbett’s bar in Tipperary.

Fortunately, Tommy went on the record on KCLR 96FM to clear up any doubts about his innocence…

The local radio station are doing a series called ‘Kittens to Cats’ where they allow young kids to interview former Kilkenny hurlers in the lead up to the All-Ireland Final on Sunday.
