Best known for beating Fedor Emelianenko, Fabricio Werdum has a big fight coming up on Saturday. Here he shows off his favourite MMA moves.

On Saturday night Fabricio Werdum will take on Travis Browne at UFC on FOX 11. The winner of the fight is almost certain to get a shot at the heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez. Werdum's biggest win to date was over the formidible Russian Fedor Emelianenko in 2010 and while he followed that with a defeat to Alistair Overeem, he has won three on the bounce in the UFC since. Ahead of the fight the UFC cameras went to see the Brazilian train, and they shot this video where Werdum talks you through his favourite moves and how to do them. Shot in super-slow-mo, they look pretty but you really wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of them.
