Sale's Johnny Leota got in trouble for this but we think he was dead right.
We think it is safe to say that Saracens and England winger Chris Ashton is not the most lovable player in the world of rugby. And now he is off Sale player Johnny Leota's Christmas card list too. When Sale played Saracens the week before last Ashton ran the ball into touch but rather than give the ball back to Sale, he dropped it over the advertising boards. So, Sale's Leota decided to drop Ashton over the boards too. That decision saw the penalty reversed by referee JP Doyle, but we think Leota was in the right here.
