Video: Wide receiver makes epic full-stretch, one-handed catch in High School football match

He must have had glue on that hand or something because it looked nigh on impossible to execute. Bravo young man.

He must have had glue on that hand or something because it looked nigh on impossible to execute. Bravo young man.

Cameron Hilton, a wide receiver for Webster Groves High School in Missouri, may end up going on to have a fine career in American Football, but in terms of individual moments he’ll do well to match what he produced in a state quarter-final win over Jackson at the weekend.

Hilton scored three touchdowns on the day but the highlight was undoubtedly when he stretched every fibre in his body to get on the end of a pass that he had no real right to go for and managed to catch it in one hand, to the delight of his team-mates and the members of the audience, particularly the guy repeatedly screaming ‘Oh my God, oh my God’ quite audibly in the background.

Oh my God indeed.
