Considering that it’s the type of reaction you often get from grown men, you’d nearly forgive it coming from a child, but Manchester United fan channel FullTimeDEVILS happened to grab a hold of the most sensible and fair-minded young fan we’ve heard in a long time immediately after United’s loss to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium yesterday.
Charlie, the young fan in question, mentioned the obvious effect that Chris Smalling’s sending off had on the result, but it wasn’t as if he was offering up handy excuses and his analysis of the performances of Angel di Maria and Adnan Januzaj was particularly interesting.
Get this little guy a punditry job quick… preferably as a replacement for Michael Owen if possible.
