The super, brilliant, amazing, awesome, galactico galactico’s of Real Madrid continued their stellar unbeaten run in La Liga with a 4-1 win against Almeria.
The European champions were made to sweat though after Isco’s sublime opener on 34 mins was cancelled out by Verza before a Gareth Bale header gave Ancelotti’s men the lead at half-time.
Almeria’s goalscorer also had a penalty saved by Iker Casillas before Real took a hold of the game in the dying stages thanks to an inevitable brace from Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo’s goals have been a key factor in Los Blacno’s incredible run of 20 games unbeaten but this strike on goal was absolutely awful.
We can forgive him though considering he has now scored more league goals per game this season (1.79) than 80 of the other 97 teams across Europe’s top 5 leagues and he has more league goals this season (25) than Lionel Messi, Neymar & Luis Suarez combined (24).
