Vine: Ganso from Brazil with a piece of Brazilian magic

The boy can play...

The boy can play…

Ganso, playing for Sao Paolo, does a little bit of skill here to remind us why Brazilians were once revered the world over for their unbelievable skill, technique and downright showmanship.

We here in JOE pine for the days when Brazil played football with reckless abandon and were all about the entertainment. Today’s Brazil seems a lot more cynical, calculating and dare we say it, more European.

This piece of skill from Ganso has got us all nostalgic.

Ganso of course is the Brazilian word for jumper (it’s clearly not) and we don’t mind saying that we jumped for joy when we saw this. The Brazilians are still capable of this and the world is a richer place for it.
