The Japanese international left Manchester United before the transfer window closed and returned to the welcoming bosom of Jurgen Klopp and Borussia Dortmund.
Widely revered in Germany for his performances in helping Dortmund break the dominance of Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga, he went to Manchester with a big reputation and while it didn’t really work out for him at Old Trafford but there was never any doubting of his ability as a player.
This touch proves how good he can be technically when the mood takes him.
