Poor Glenn suffered a rather unfortunate slip of the tongue during ITV’s coverage of Germany v Algeria this evening.

During the half-time discussion about what has been a very entertaining first half of the last 16 clash between Germany and Algeria, Hoddle spoke about the problems facing Algeria heading into the second half. Or at least that’s what he meant to speak about... Vine via Tony Jameson We don’t want to hammer Glenn too much because it was clearly an honest mistake and he corrected himself immediately afterwards, but let’s just say that the problems facing Al Jazeera and the problems facing the Algerian football team are just a little bit different.
