Liverpool's striker problems are well documented at the moment, with the departure of Luis Suarez to Barcelona, Daniel Sturridge's inability to stay fit for more than seven minutes and the enigma that is Mario Balotelli. Iago Aspas departed on loan to Seville after a disappointing first season on Merseyside having arrived with a big reputation from Celta Vigo the previous summer. He looks happier in Spain and a hat-trick last night emphasises that. This goal here was easily the pick of the bunch as Seville crushed Sabadell 6-1. Aspas scored the hat-trick wearing the Seville away kit, which happens to be an all red one. Talk about rubbing it in.
