Luis Suarez and Barcelona are in the US on their pre-season tour and they took time out to meet their fans and sign a few pieces of memorabilia. In this Vine, a little kid tells the former Liverpool striker that he's the bets footballer in the world. Suarez tells the kid 'I am not the best' and then asks 'Do you know who is the best?'.
