Great finish, but that nudge on Philipp Lahm looked pretty blatant.
Moments after Bastian Schweinsteiger put Bayern in front of the night, Podolski gave Arsenal hope with an instant equaliser down the other end, albeit in controversial circumstances. Having got to the ball first, Lahm was almost certainly nudged to the ground by the chasing Podolski, who seemed to hesitate while expecting the referee’s whistle before blasting it past Manuel Neuer and into the roof of the net.
