Vine: Rory McIlroy was expertly trolled following Ulster’s win over Connacht

Ulster ended 2014 on a winning note by beating Connacht to claim a 13-10 victory last night, but the best bit of the match happened after all the action was over.

Golf’s world number one, Rory McIlroy, was in attendance at the Kingspan Stadium for last night’s match and the Co. Down native also brought along the Claret Jug trophy to show the Ulster faithful.

Just as Rory was answering the sideline reporter's question a jokester running the PA system started blasting Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” to the enjoyment of the crowd.

In fairness to Rory, who looked a bit embarrassed during the whole incident, he just laughed.

Sure what else could he do?
