As a schoolboy footballer, we always had the same ritual before we played any match; stand around in the freezing cold smacking the ball at our poor goalkeeper until he had enough.
After getting hit by one too many footballs in the face our poor 'keeper had enough so we frequently amused ourselves with the crossbar challenge.
We were never quite good enough to make it onto Soccer AM but rest assured that we were as good as this incredible trick-shot effort.
We wouldn't lie to you.
