A super strike from a man very much in form.

Manchester United lead Hull City 2-0 at Old Trafford at half-time thanks to very contrasting goals from Chris Smalling and Wayne Rooney. Whilst Smalling’s was as scrappy as they come and needed goal-line technology to confirm that it had crossed the line, the United skipper curled home a second from the edge of the box with no shortage of class after being teed up by Robin van Persie.
