Oh Vito, what the hell were you doing.
It was all going so well for fans of Sunderland. This fine goal by Connor Wickham, his second of the game, had given them an unexpected, and crucial, 2-1 lead at the Etihad against Manchester City.
That goal looked like it had earned the Black Cats three precious points and probably dumped City out of the title race at the same time. But then Vito Mannone did this with a shot from Samir Nasri.
Missing it initially was bad, the failed scramble to save it was even worse. And with the game ending 2-2, the draw probably was no use to either team.
