WATCH: Former England fly half Andy Goode discusses who should be the Lions number 10

JOE

Calling all rugby fans.

Former England fly half, Andy Goode, will be one of the guests on tonight’s episode of TV3’s new rugby chat show, The Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse is hosted by Joe Molloy and the weekly show features current players, former greats and guests from the world of entertainment. The show offers a great mix of rugby analysis and entertainment for hardcore supporters and casual fans alike.

Tonight’s show will see the guests discuss everything from the Lions selection to the fact that Andy Goode appears to be the rugby equivalent of Benjamin Button!

Goode will also offer his opinion on the evolution of kicking routines in recent years. He compares the meticulous preparation of players like Johnny Wilkinson to the “give it a good old welly” approach that was commonplace in his day!

Rugby fans will also be eager to hear his thoughts on who should be number 10 for the Lions, with our own Johnny Sexton hoping to stave off injury and stake his claim.

The Clubhouse will kick off at 10.30pm tonight.

The Clubhouse has teamed up with the Heineken Rugby Club to provide a weekly on-air competition which will send lucky winners to the Champions Cup final in Edinburgh in May. The Heineken Rugby Club offers exclusive rugby content and your chance to win prizes, tickets and more at the Heineken Rugby Club website.
