No gym. No weights. No excuses.
Inter-county players spend a huge amount of time training and preparing their bodies for the rigours of championship football these days.
But like most of us, there are some days when life gets in the way for the best players in the country and they have to find ways of keeping up the routine when they’re on the move.
Unlike most of us, they don’t come up with convenient excuses to avoid getting the work done.
At the launch of the AIB Football Championship recently, we caught up with Tyrone’s Ronan O’Neill, Cork’s Colm O’Neill and Roscommon’s Neil Collins to find out their go-to exercises that require nothing but a little bit of space and motivation to get it done.
Here are their #TheToughest workouts.
