If you know your ladies’ football, you’ve probably heard of Geraldine McLaughlin, a star forward on the Donegal ladies’ team.
Yesterday in the Donaghy Cup Final at UCD, Geraldine illustrated the ridiculous extent of her talents while scoring 4-12 of Letterkenny IT’s 4-15 in their victory over IT Blanchardstown.
That’s right, four goals and 12 points. In one game.
Left foot, right foot, brilliant individual scores, frees, Geraldine registered every type of score in a supreme individual performance, which, luckily, was captured on video for posterity.
