WATCH: Paddy Barnes' dreams of World Champion over after one vicious body shot
Painful to watch.
Irish boxer Paddy Barnes' first attempt at claiming a World title came to a swift end on Saturday night as the Belfast native left the ring after four rounds with Cristofer Rosales
Barnes fought current champ Rosales in their WBC World flyweight title fight at Windsor Park with dreams of becoming a professional world champion for the first time.
However, the powerful Nicaraguan delivered so powerful a punch in the fourth round that you could almost feel it through the telly.
And the real killer? It was just when Barnes found his feet and had the upper hand.
The first three rounds were tight, both claiming relatively equal footing despite a few heavier hits by Rosales. Things were looking good for Barnes when he landed six punches.
Only for Rosales to do this...

A devastating body shot by Rosales that stunned Windsor Park to silence.
And just like that, Barnes is out. Better luck next time.
