Shooting is something that is close to Paul Galvin’s heart.
Paul Galvin is rooted in the great traditions of Kerry – from Gaelic games to his love of storytelling. His new fashion collection and accompanying video are inspired by both.
The former Kerry football star hurled for his local club Lixnaw for many years so it’s no surprise to see that he’s a dab hand as he shows off his skills in a slick video to promote his new fashion collection.
The video showcasing Galvin’s third collection was shot and produced by the lads in the band Picture This and it’s a pretty impressive effort.
The collection itself is inspired by both the words and the style of Samuel Beckett.
Galvin even studied archive imagery of the playwright as inspiration for the campaign inspiration, including the pictures taken by Irish photographer John Minihan, which include the legendary shot of Beckett taken in Boulevard St Jacques in Paris in 1985.
