Don’t you just hate it when you’re approaching the 16th green and you’re suddenly distracted by a man driving a bath?
Wait, what?!
Well, that’s exactly what happened to pals Emmet Kenny and Padraig Corbett during their round in Mount Temple Golf & Country Club in Athlone.
Allow Emmet to explain events:
“We reached the tough Par 5, 16th hole,” Emmet began.
“Both of us hit the green and had putts for birdies and, when we climbed up the hill to the green, we saw this!
“About to putt for birdie and we see a man rolling down a hill in a bathtub! Needless to say, we didn’t make the putts due to the distraction, but it was well worth it.”
