WATCH: This man will be easily the most ripped Mayo fan watching the All-Ireland Final

Conor Heneghan

Beast mode.

Physicality is expected to be a crucial aspect of the All-Ireland Final between Mayo and Dublin on Sunday, a contest between arguably the two best-conditioned teams in the country.

Mayo are a pretty physical team as it is, but if it’s extra power they’re looking for, they could do worse than enlist the services of Blessing Awodibu, a Castlebar-based bodybuilder who won the prestigious Junior Arnold Classic Europe competition in Madrid in 2014.

Blessing has put together a motivational video for the Green and Red ahead of Sunday’s game, lifting unimaginably big weights to the tune of ‘Sam Maguire, my hearts on fire’ and getting some shout outs from Mayo fans around the globe.

Imagine this guy alongside Aidan O’Shea on the edge of the square? They’d take stopping alright.
