We’re not detectives but we think the Jim McGuinness Twitter account is a fake

It’s a gut feeling.

It looked like the former Donegal manager Jim McGuinness finally became active on Twitter earlier when he posted this tweet.

Thanks for your greetings to Twitter. Trying to operate this is not as easy as first thought. Happy 2015 to you all.

That got us all pretty excited because of the potential insight one of the great GAA men of the last 20 years could offer us on the social media platform.

However, his latest tweet means one of two things; Jim is a big fan of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, or the account is a fake.
