If you’re an Irish rugby fan, this year couldn’t have gone much better for you. A Grand Slam for Ireland along with a Champions Cup victory for Leinster. The good news is that it’s not over yet. We’ve still got the final of the Guinness PRO14 to come on Saturday 26 May.
If you can’t get enough rugby, the PRO14 are joining forces with Dublin 7s to create an Official Fanzone event at Old Belvedere Rugby Club on Friday and Saturday, 25-26 May. This is all in advance of the big game in the PRO14 final in Aviva Stadium, just 10 minutes up the road.
So what does this event entail? There’ll be something for everyone, with a dedicated family zone and bars. There’ll also be live music over the course of the weekend. Saturday’s line up includes The Blizzards, Pop Gods and Mark McCabe.
The showpiece will be a 7s tournament, giving you a fast-paced, end-to-end display of rugby on both days. You’ll even get to be part of the action with a tag event taking place.

A two-day festival, Guinness PRO14 Dublin 7s is a high energy activity-filled sporting event with several exhilarating competitions with Mixed TAG, women’s rugby and men’s rugby.
