Very sad news this afternoon. The former Newcastle United goalkeeper Pavel Srnicek has passed away, aged 47. The Czech Republic international suffered a cardiac arrest whilst out running ten days ago and has been in an induced coma since. The fans’ favourite had been working as a goalkeeping coach for Sparta Prague. RIP Pavel.
