As long as customers renew every month, they can avail of the offer for as long as they like.

Irish mobile network 48, a subsidiary of Three and described as Ireland’s first digital-only youth mobile network, has launched an offer incorporating all calls to any network, all texts, 100GB of data and 10GB of roaming data for €7.99 per month.

The offer is valid from now until 10 November and open to new 48 customers only. There is no limit to the number of new customers that can apply for the offer but it does not apply to existing 48 customers.

New 48 customers who avail of the offer will continue to be charged €7.99 per month as long as they renew their membership to 48 every month.

For example, if a customer buys a membership on 10 September, they must renew that membership on 10 October to continue to avail of the offer.

48 says 4G is included with its memberships and that it has 98% coverage in Ireland. You can check out what coverage is like where you are on the 48 coverage checker.

Customers can also try before they buy, with all 48 sims coming with 1GB data free, enabling customers to test the network before purchasing.

The offer from 48 follows in the footsteps of GoMo, a subsidiary of eir, which launched an offer including all calls, all texts and all data for €9.99 per month, for life, late last year.

Commenting on the offer, Eilis Fitzgerald, Marketing Manager, 48 said: “We revamped our plans earlier this year with the intention of changing up mobile. We wanted to co-create a mobile network alongside our customers that truly works for them.

“We listened, listened again and then listened some more. We believe that we have created a membership plan that delivers the goods; loads of data, unlimited minutes and text with the flexibility to use it how they want to. All for only €7.99.”

More information on the offer is available on the 48 website.
