Thanks to a new beta testing version just released, we have a better idea what we can expect in the next update of our iPhones.

When Apple release the iPhone 6 later this year they will also unveil iOS8, the software update that will apply to most recent iPhone devices. And thanks to a beta version available to developers, we have a glimpse at what might be in store for us. As usual, a lot of it will be cosmetic, with Mashable posting images of a slightly rejigged settings menu and a cleaner design to the always handy control centre. iOS8 More interesting is a new Tips app, that will pass on advice on how to get the most from your iPhone.
