Is any phone really worth that much?
Personally, we’re not sure but if you’ve money to burn and expensive taste, well then a Lamborghini smartphone might be up your street.
For five grand, you’d nearly want your phone to be able to drive but while this Lamborghini can’t do that, the Android-powered 88 Tauri does look the part, coming as it does hand-stitched with premium leather and with gold plating.
It also has shatter proof glass and better than average specs – 3 GB RAM, 20 megapixel rear camera and eight megapixel ‘selfie camera’ for those interested – and it received a fair bit of attention when revealed at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas earlier this week.
If you’re really impressed with what you’ve seen and want to fork out over five g’s for it then you can get more details here, but we think we’ll stick with our own run of the mill smartphone for now, thank you very much.
