This should ease a lot of people’s frustration.
Upgrades in technology are always welcome, but it seems that the arrival of every iOS update brings with a whole host of new issues for iPhone users.
The most recent update, iOS 10, arrived in September of this year, but for many people, it presented a problem when simply accessing the phone, having redesigned the lock screen experience by eliminating the ‘Slide to Unlock’ feature.
Users had complained of needlessly complicating the process of simply accessing their home screen and wanted a return to the old way of doing things. You can still unlock your device by placing your fingertips registered with Touch ID on the Home button just like before.
Complaints from users harking for the good old days prompted Apple to issue these directions on how to do so.
