The latest Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag video to come from the guys at Ubisoft shows us exactly what we can expect from the game. If you like the idea of plundering a massive bounty from a fleet of British ships, then you’re going to love it…
One of the best aspects of Assassin’s Creed 3 was the naval side-missions, so if you like those mission you’re going to love Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. In the video below, Ashraf Ismail, the game director for Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, shows us what it will be like to explore the Caribbean as Captain Edward Kenway.

The game looks pretty good judging by the video above. While you’ll have to loot dead bodies to find treasure (much like the previous games) you’ll also have to find various blue prints in order to add better upgrade to your boat – which, by the way, is ‘your baby in the game’ as Ashraf puts it.
Then there are the storms that you’ll have to navigate, the hidden treasure to find and loads of ambient life roaming around just waiting for you to skin it. Oh, and there will be whales to hunt too… just don’t tell the people from Discovery’s Whale Wars.
It looks like there’s going to be loads to see and do and the fact that practically every ship in the map is boardable. That’s sure to come in fun on multiplayer…
