Canadian design firm Metatecture has designed a headset that can be used with an iPad mini or soon to be iPhone 6 so you can enjoy an immersive virtual reality. The company has set up a kickstarter campaign and are looking for $20,000 to fund their product's design to begin producing the headset. The product works on a simple premise where the headset has two eye pieces and the screen will hold two separate images, one per eye, giving a better sense of depth for the viewers. The company have developed some original apps for the product but if it were to take off, they are hoping for third party developers to create apps with the device in mind.
