Some users have been reporting issues with their services on Wednesday afternoon.

Vodafone has confirmed that it is experiencing some difficulties with its mobile network in Ireland.

The company said it is working to resolve the issue.

“We are currently experiencing an interruption to our mobile services in some parts of the country, which may impact phone calls or mobile data speeds,” Vodafone Ireland said in a statement.

“Our service teams are currently working on resolving this issue and we will provide updates here.

“We thank you for your patience as we work to get this fixed.”

Some users are reporting no call signal while others are having internet connectivity issues.

It’s thought the issue with the network began on Wednesday afternoon with the website Down Detector showing a surge in reports from 12.30pm onwards.
