The Rock had some cheat day during his intense diet

Dwayne Johnson is leaving no Rock stone unturned as he gets into shape for Hercules and the diet is quite something else.

Back in June we brought you the strict diet that the wrestling star was on as he attempts to look the part for his role as Hercules in the upcoming Greek film. In our minds he was already built like a shi*house, but the seven meals a day diet is what he committed to in order to bulk up even further. The wrestler turned actor took to Twitter to show his ‘cheat’ day after 150 days of his dieting, with another three weeks ahead before he is physically ready, he felt he needed to treat himself. And a cheat day for The Rock is really something to behold.
