With monday night football back on the telly and an assortment of quality movie picks, our section selections today were a tough decision:
Sport pick: Arsenal vs Chelsea, Sky Sports 1, 7pm
It has been said that Arsenal's recent failure to gain results from ties against the top two in English football is a mental block that is the root of the side's inability to string together a decent title run. At the Emirates Stadium, manager Arsene Wenger is hoping to conquer the current champions Chelsea, who could threaten to break out of their current slump in fearsome fashion against the Gunners.
Tv pick: There's Something About Mary, Channel 4, 10:35pm
One of the finest comedies of the 1990s, There's Something About Mary made international stars of Ben Stiller and Cameron Diaz and is arguably the finest work of directors the Farrelly brothers, who also brought us Dumb N'Dumber and Kingpin. Featuring plenty of tasteless but irresistable scenes and an incredibly sleazy turn from Matt Dillon, there is plenty about this movie that makes it an unmissable fixture Monday night.
