Pick of the night: Having a Laugh! Great Irish Comedy TV Moments, 8.00pm, TV3

A compilation of TV clips featuring the cream of the country's leading actors, including highlights from Father Ted, plus footage of Brendan O'Carroll and Roddy Doyle. This 90 minute special reveals and examines why Irish comedy is still one of our greatest exports. Pat Shortt and Des Bishop are among those interviewed.

His performances on the pitch have been overshadowed by two high-profile suspensions following clashes with Cork player Eoin Cadogan, and the fashion-conscious 2009 Player of the Year continues to divide the public.
