Corner kick fail – you would expect better from a Brazilian

It’s an almost universal agreement that the Brazilians are the finest exponents of the beautiful game, but they too are guilty on occasions of some shocking moments.

There is something strangely satisfying about watching a Brazilian footballer cock-up on the pitch, which is a charitable way of describing this corner kick effort from a player by the name of Marlon.

This occurred during a 2-2 draw between Avai and Criciuma yesterday and is right up there with one of the worst corners you are likely to see.

It feebly dribbles out for a goal-kick, much to the delight and ridicule of a section of the supporters.
