It’s International Women’s Day today but, more importantly, it’s Pancake Tuesday and the cost of rustling up a few just got pricier.
Reports say global prices for flour, milk and sugar have all hit a record high.
The UN Food and Agriculture Organisation announced last week that their food price index was at the highest level since records began in 1990.
