Last night 4FM’s Niall Boylan discussed the topic of cheating on your missus, and one Dublin bloke decided to tell the whole country what he’s been getting up to in his spare time.
A man named only as “Dave” called into Niall Boylan at Night last night in reaction to an Australian doctor’s opinion that women should share some of the blame for their men cheating.
Dr Laura Schlessinger said that men have certain needs in the bedroom and if women don’t fulfil their needs they are to blame for their man straying. No comment, ahem… *ducks*
Dave phoned in saying he agreed with the doctor’s comments and he proceeded to admit live on air that he was having an affair on his fiancé – not a smart move. You can listen to the audio below or watch the nicely edited YouTube clip above (they both have the same bit of audio).
However, this is Ireland, and we all know each other, so it’s no surprise to hear that someone who knew Dave and his missus quickly got on the phone. Sadly for Dave thought, it was his fiancé’s best friend named only as Pamela and she had a few choice words for him.
We’d certainly hate to be Dave right now, but since the call the Niall Boylan at night team have been in contact with him and hope to do a follow up tonight from 9pm on Classic Hits 4FM.
