Yukos oil company chief executive officer Mikhail Khodorkovsky stands behind a glass wall at a courtroom in Moscow.
A court on Monday found jailed tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky guilty in his second trial on charges of embezzlement, Russian news agencies reported.
Back in 2004, Khodorkovsky was the richest man in Russia and the 16th richest man in the world.
But a vendetta by Vladimir Putin has seen him in prison for more than half a decade, and this new trial could see the 47-year-old tycoon behind bars until 2017. Since then his wealth has been massively depleted - he's probably now worth less than half a billion.
So it seems that if the Russian authorities are out to get you, it doesn't matter how high up the food chain you are... you're going down.
